Forgot password

Limitations

If you find that you cannot send email from your account or that your email is not received, we recommend the following:

  • Change your password!
  • Don't send hundreds of letters at the same time. (Classroom, wedding, etc.) You can send invitations in just 2-3 minutes in a minute, a preference for partner email systems.
  • Change your password! Yes, we said it once, but we don't want to emphasize it. In many cases, the reason for the limitation is that your account password was somehow invented and used to send spam. The Winnie-the-Pooh2020 password is technically appropriate, but can be found out relatively quickly.
