Registration, data sheet, user profile

Use of this website is subject to registration. When registering, the user must provide their user name, which is also a prefix for their email address. The user's email address is "Username-name@postino.net".

When registering, the user must enter his name and password. The data is used to identify the user and to keep in touch.

The user has the option of entering an alternative email address. If you lose your service password or notify you before deleting your email account, this alternate email address will be used.

The operator does not check the accuracy of the information provided.

Manage your personal data

The user has the right to change his data and cancel his registration.

During the registration and display of the page, the IP address of the user's computer, the start and end times of the visit and in some cases, depending on the user's computer settings, the browser and the operating system are recorded. Signing in

You will be forwarded to the internal interface of the mailer as soon as you have entered it. To do this, enter your user name in the registration field (this part of your email address is followed by @). You do not have to enter your full email address. In the Password field, enter the secret password that you specified for the email address when you registered. Once you've entered your password, you can also press ENTER without having to click the login button.

Change password

To change your password, you have to log in and click onPasswordin theSettingsmenu.

Forgot password

The alternate email address you provided when registering is a great way to send you a help email if you forget your password. The availability of this alternative email address will be checked after registration and after changing the address. If an error is reported, your account may be inactive or may not have a valid secondary email address. In this case, please send us a message via the Contact page.

Browser

It is recommended to use Firefox, Opera or Chrome browsers on Windows systems, Safari on Apple devices and Firefox on Linux. Mobile browsers are also supported by default. Edge is not supported.

Optional templates (skins)

You can use multiple mail interfaces. Click the Settings -> User Interface menu. In the window that appears, you can see a list of the available interfaces in theDisplaysection. Try them all! You will surely like it.

Signature Editor

How to find it? Click on the Settings -> ID's menu and then on your email address. On the one hand, you can activate the signature in the input window. We will then give you a pre-made sample that you can customize. To do this, click the Open Editor button. Remember to finalize your signature by clicking the Save button at the end of the edit.

You can correct or refine the information provided during registration. If you find Settings, you can get to the form by clicking on Personal Data. You can also initiate the deletion of your account here.

If you want to read your emails with a mobile client (not supported in Freemium plan), you need to set up your account settings:

The same information applies to programs used on desktop PCs (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).

Limitations

If you find that you cannot send email from your account or that your email is not received, we recommend the following:

• Change your password!
• Don't send hundreds of letters at the same time. (Classroom, wedding, etc.) You can send invitations in just 2-3 minutes in a minute, a preference for partner email systems.
• Change your password! Yes, we said it once, but we don't want to emphasize it. In many cases, the reason for the limitation is that your account password was somehow invented and used to send spam. The Winnie-the-Pooh2020 password is technically appropriate, but can be found out relatively quickly.

The number of letters that can be sent in the free service package is 5 per day.
