Postino.net has been running since 2000, without interruption — and in all that time it has done one thing: email. Not a side feature of some larger platform, but the whole service, with a deep feature set and real people to answer you.
You are not the product
Free services cover their costs somehow — usually with their users' data: messages are analysed, profiles built, advertising sold against them. Here the subscription covers the running costs. We have nothing to sell about you, and no business reason to change that.

We do not read your mail
We do not analyse the contents of your mailbox, do not index it for advertising, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence. Spam and virus filtering runs automatically and examines only what filtering requires. The details are in the privacy notice.

Servers in Europe
Your mail is stored on servers in the European Union. The GDPR applies to how it is handled, and when you have a question a person answers — not a support bot on another continent. Write to us.
